Getting rid of it! I think it's time. Don't you?

I wasn't always fat, and I'm not going to always be either.

Hi Carla, I like treats. What do you suggest as a treat that will not wreck the time I spent working out? Do you think the 30 minute workouts really work if you need to lose alot of weight? I know some trainers say you need 45 minutes to an hour but after work, dinner and the kids, two boys/one husband I am tired. They play sports also so again, I'm tired. Thanks so much for the great pictures. I lets others know that you can drop a great deal of weight and then look young and sassy. That is a tight haircut.

Thanks again.

Hey, Halle!
How about an apple sliced with 1 tbs natural peanut butter.....some greek yogurt w/ 1/4 cup low fat granola on top...... sugar free jello w/ a little light whipped cream on top ....one of my favorite treat bags consists of 1/2 cup cheerios about 8 almonds, and 2 tbs raisins..I keep a baggie in my purse with that combo in it for hungry times.
If 30 minutes is what fits in your day then do just that! Losing weight is 80 percent what we put in our mouth.
Thank you!

You are such an inspiration to me. I ordered the firm wave system and have been working out for 6 days now. For some reason though my weight seems to go up a pound since I have been working out. I drink more than 64 oz of water, and watch my sodium intake. I try to limit my caloric intake to 1250 calories a day. Any suggestions would be helpful, because I am at a lost of what to do. Thanks

1250 calories is VERY low. To lose weight multiply your current weight times 10 or simply add a zero to your weight for example..if you're 175 now you should be eating 1750 to lose weight. Never go over 2000 calories and never below 1200. Just like your car your body needs fuel to run.
