Hi again,
Can't seem to register on your site ... it says my email address is incorrect but it's my work email so I know it is.
Please let me know if maybe there's a maintenance glitch or if maybe I was trying to sign on at a time when someone was doing site maintenance.

Hi Carla,
I've known about you for years - heard about you / saw you first through WW.
I have been a "serious" WWer for about 8 years now ... lost 40 lbs (Yeah!) and am finally exercising. I have been using the WATP dvds and am ready for something a little more intense.
I'm sure you're asked this a lot and will search your site for the answer but my question is this:
Which "The Firm" dvd Cardio / Toning would you suggest for a Firm beginner?
Thanks for the info ... you and others have been great inspirations to so many people ... I'm grateful that you were compelled to share your weight loss / toning journey.

Just trust the process, Darlene, the foods you're eating on that diet are WHOLE CLEAN foods high in protein...nothing is wasted calories like we CAN do on WW. Be sure to follow it to a T!

Hey Carla, I was wondering if you could help me with something. I am starting Firming this week and am going to do the 5 Day Diet plan(shopped and got everything today) but as I was adding it up, the points for Breakfast alone came to 12! Eeks! According to the website(FIRM) I should be having 1960cals a day for wightloss but how does this work in with the Points program. By lunch my points will be gone. I don't want to undo my weight loss. Any input would be great!

Hi, Kelly, you might try ebay or somewhere like that. I think a lot of folks are having trouble finding that one. It's such a great system! ANY of the FIRM systems will give you great results if you stick with them. How about the transfirmer system...that's a good place to start too...or the transfirmation system.
