How much more would you be able to accomplish if you just pushed yourself just a tad out of your comfort zone?
I don't mean go out and try to climb Mt. Everest today, but just give yourself an extra little nudge here and there.
Are you just going through the motions on your walk? Your workout? Your daily life? During that walk, pick up your pace a bit from time to time, really pump those arms, or hey, even do fist pumps over your head. Who cares if the neighbors think you're crazy! Ha! Tell them, You're stepping/pummping out of your comfort zone!
During your other workouts, how about lunging a little deeper, lighting a little heavier, or jumping a little higher. When you shock your body into giving you a little more is when you get the REAL results! Don't settle and think this is as good as it gets, because truly we ALL can do much more than we give ourselves credit for.
Things never get better unless we give them effort. Most folks are shooting at nothing and pretty much hitting the bulls eye every time. Step outside that comfort zone...if you don't pursue YOUR best you'll NEVER get it!
